Privacy notice

Your records stay with you.

This notice explains how ASENAEX handles project information, photos, preferences, exports, and device permissions.

Effective: August 28, 2026 Version 1.0
Short version: ASENAEX does not require an account, serve ads, run analytics, track you, or upload your projects. Your working data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export it.

1. Scope

This Privacy Notice applies to the ASENAEX mobile application (the "App") offered by the provider identified as the seller on the App Store product page (the "Provider"). It covers information handled by the App itself.

2. Information the Provider collects

The Provider does not receive or collect personal data through the App. The App contains no developer-operated account system, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking technology, or network upload feature.

The App does not sell personal information or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

3. Information stored on your device

You may create information for your own use. This content remains in the App's protected local storage:

Content Purpose Location
Project and item records Titles, notes, dates, workflow type, and progress used to organize your work On your device
Parts and connections Bag labels, quantities, cable endpoints, and links to recorded steps On your device
Photos Optional visual references attached to steps On your device
Preferences Haptic feedback and keep-screen-awake settings On your device

Depending on your iOS and backup settings, Apple may include local App data in a device backup. Backup processing is controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by the Provider.

4. Device permissions

You can deny or change permissions in iOS Settings. Core project features remain available without adding photos.

5. Support requests

When you use the Support Center, the Provider receives the information you choose to submit, such as your name, reply address, device details, request topic, and message. This information is used only to respond, troubleshoot, maintain service quality, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Support information is not sold or used for advertising. The Provider may use a hosting or form-processing service to deliver submissions on the Provider's behalf. Support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

6. Exports and third-party destinations

You can create a PDF or portable project file and share it through the iOS share sheet. An export may contain the project information and photos you chose to include. The App sends an export only to the destination you select.

Once information leaves the App, the selected service, recipient, or storage provider handles it under its own terms and privacy practices. Review the destination before sharing sensitive content.

7. Retention and deletion

Local content remains on your device until you delete the relevant record or remove the App. Deleting a project removes its locally stored project media. Deleting the App removes its local container from the device, subject to any device backups you control.

The Provider cannot view, retrieve, or delete your local records because the Provider does not receive them.

8. Security

The App relies on the iOS application sandbox and stores project files with iOS data protection. No storage method can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device with a passcode and keep iOS up to date.

9. Children

The App is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information. Because the App does not transmit information to the Provider, the Provider does not knowingly collect children's personal data through the App.

10. International use and privacy rights

The App does not transfer your project content to Provider servers in another country. Privacy rights vary by location. Since the Provider does not possess your local App data, access, correction, and deletion are performed directly in the App or by deleting the App.

11. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the App's features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected in an updated notice made available with the App or its product information.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the Support Center.
